
I can remember days being called downstairs to the kitchen for “supper”. Aside from the pungent smell of fried chicken/fish, I was always met with an array of new & old music to learn; a bushy head of grey hair usually whistling or singing along with the radio replays in my mind. I was once told “ If you’re not getting better then you’re getting worse” – To achieve greatness you have to go after it. I’ve wanted to create my own staple event in Philadelphia & develop more branding for some time now, so it begins – Every Great Dj has taken this step – With my weekly event I want to expand the range of music and not limit us to constant #turnUp … My aim is to create an atmosphere conducive for “the good old days” where ppl actually enjoyed themselves when they step out.
